My ex-boss Dennis gave me the idea to make felted apple blossoms. And since it's apple blossom time here, I couldn't resist the challenge. And what a challenge it was. Thanks for the idea, Dennis!

One of these is a gift to a friend, and the other will be on my etsy shop once I figure out the fastener part.

So that's what they became! Beautifulll.
Is that our new cat friend in the background?
Oh, yeah, I went through many iterations since you last saw me working on them! Took me awhile to figure it out.
And, yes, that's Vince's neighbor's cat "Spike", or "Spikey-Spikey-Spike-Spike" as I like to call him. He's a character! Today he was playing fetch with me with a tennis ball! No offense to Buddy and Blue, but let's just say we're not used to a cat with this much "personality."
Fabulous Nancy, great idea and great work.
